Bites & Co. is a state-of-the-art facility, located in historical Brooksville, FL.

We are a cottage food micro bakery, that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. 

We are open 7 days a week,  from 9am to 5pm.

We ship all across the Continental United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands via UPS and USPS Priority Mail.

No, we do not.

We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days service, but delivery times may vary depending on destination and holidays.

At Bites & Co. we bake every order fresh from scratch using the finest ingredients.

Since we bake per order, we are not able to offer same day shipping.

Shipping rates will be calculated when placing an order prior to purchase.

Our cookies will last sealed in their original packaging for up to a week, or they can be placed in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Babkas will hold well, sealed in their original packaging, for up to 3 days. If you are not planning to consume your babka the same day it was delivered  and if you want to preserve their optimal quality for later consumption, you can place them in the freezer for up to 4 months.

To consume them soft and warm microwave for about 15 seconds or place them in a pre-heated oven at 350* F for about 5 minutes.

However, if you suffer from a severe gluten allergy, we recommend not to consume our Gluten Free Products.

Our products are manufactured in a facility that uses gluten, soy, milk, nuts, chocolate, eggs.

We do our best to avoid cross contamination but we do not guarantee it.
